Comments on Reviews

Can you make it possible on the main site (reviews) to add the option to make Comments on reviews?

ex: I make a review, and someone else add his comment on it like; "yes it's true, totally agree movie suck" or "No not true I liked the movie..." stuff like that?

I had been looking into setting up some kind of voting system, like on imdb where anyone can come and give a score on any film...but I'm not sure how to go about setting it up! If anyone knows or has any clues as to how I'd do this please get in touch! I'm learning as I go here!
